Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Superintendent to join their client, in California. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience. The Construction Superintendent will play a crucial role in managing on-site construction activities and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities.
• Supervise crews, subcontractors, and site safety.
• Coordinate schedules, inspections, and materials.
• Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a construction superintendent.
• Strong knowledge of commercial or utility construction.
• Ability to read plans and manage schedules effectively.
• Leadership skills and a safety-focused mindset.

Requirements

• Education requirement is a Bachelor's Degree.

Required Work Hours

Monday to Friday, 1st shift.
